Week 10 EOC: What are the Benefits Vs. the Features

For my concept of a food tuck is not just the food, is create an experience about how the customer it's going to be around peace, good food, great people, great customer service. Let's talk about the experience of the food, of course the food will be number one on quality, the best hamburger on the town, the greatest fries, and the best natural drinks without sugar all natural.

Another good experience on the food truck is we are not going to have chairs or tables, we going to provide to the customer blankets, so the benefit will be create the experience of a picnic in family or with friends and spend time with them, create harmony on the food truck area.

In conclusion I'm going to sell my whole concept and is when you going to come to my food truck you going to feel that you are in the heaven, because you going to disconnect from the routine that you are get used to come here eat the most common food here in United States plus great facilities and treat you like a family that is going to make you come back.

The last benefit that you can get from this concept will be for your service at home, yes, just call us for any event, party or whatever you are planning to do, we offering you a good price, and no matter the time is going to be running you party we can be there until the party is completely over so you don't have to worry about after the party what your guest going to eat, or if they prefer to take home, of course they can take to their homes the food and when all your guest left you are able to keep the rest of the food, so since you hire us you were the owner of the entire food. So keep in mind for the rest of the weekend you will be eating hamburger and fries and drinking healthy juice and tea.

Week 9 EOC: Three Great Mission Statements

Taylor Stewart:  Poultry in Motion aims to serve healthy, affordable, local food on- the-go. But most importantly Poultry in Motion serves quality; quality food, service and experiences.
This mission statement is exactly what a food truck is required to make the costumer coma back and got the best experience.

Hiwote Berhanu: "My earliest food memories are forever linked to the contents of my childhood lunchbox—my Mom's aromatic home-cooked Ethiopian dishes. These lunchbox memories inspired my dream to bring the wonderful flavors of the Ethiopian culture to be enjoyed by everyone. Handmade in small batches with all-natural ingredients and authentic spices, Taste of Ethiopia marries tradition with healthy eating and a hearty helping of soul."
This mission statement is very good because she is offering 100% of Ethiopian food, so if you don't have it taste before now is a good opportunity to do it and feel the experience of to be healthy at the same time.

Steffen Orozco: Orozco's is a mobile food truck company dedicated to giving the quintessential Mexican experience through value and authenticity. We are proud of our heritage and aim to offer all types of customers a taste of our culture.
This mission statement is cool because he concept of food tuck is new and he offer authentic Mexican food, which for me I love Mexican food.

Week 8 EOC: Creative Content

For the creative content at the time of the opening of small business fliers would be distributed around the place where the restaurant would open it. Make samples and take pictures of meals on the menu so it will be for customers to choose what they want and make them as real as possible. The uniforms of the employees will be simple, black pants and white shirt. In my concept of this restaurant is that the customer has a free space to eat their own food, you lend him a blanket to taste your food, the color of the covers will be red, because for me it is a special color. The name of the restaurant is still not ready. For when the winter season comes you will seek roofing the area where it was used for the restaurant, just to continue the theme of a picnic but a totally warm weather in order to make the unique experience. Take good care of customer service as they only have the option to eat on the spot, take only what you do not eat you achieved in your order you did. Furthermore, the logo of the restaurant will be a happy family eating on a blanket to enjoy the combination of most popular food among people, so the goal is to reflect this concept is the client and the client because it will be very essential for make future changes on site.

Price

Price is the amount of money customers must pay to obtain the product. Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Edition. Page 54. The price of my products will be the most coolest one because the food it don't have to be expensive for the most famous food of America. Obviously if you decide a double hamburger you can have a extra charge because is more ingredients on your burger but the price is not going to be fare for all the costumers.
Whereas marketers see themselves as selling products, customers see themselves as buying value or solutions to their problems. And customers are interested in more than just the price; they are interested in the total costs of obtaining, using, and disposing of a product. Customers want the product and service to be as conveniently available as possible. Finally, they want two-way communication. Marketers would do well to think through the four Cs first and then build the four Ps on that platform. Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Edition. Page 54.
The price have to be regulate for any dependence from the government, because if you put the price more higher that the competition that's a huge problem for us like a company .

Distribution

Physical distribution firms help the company to stock and move goods from their points of origin to their destinations. Marketing: An Introduction, Armstrong & Kotler. Page 69. We going to have a delivery thing but you have to call us, if you want to receive your food at home you need to make a check at least 30 dollars in product, because depends where do you live or if we are so busy on the food tuck and there's no personal who can make the delivery.
A company may decide to operate in one or a few geographical areas, or to operate in all areas but pay attention to geographical differences in needs and wants. Marketing: An Introduction, Armstrong & Kotler. Page 177. As we said on the last part, we going to be located more on parks or open places, the thing is the concept can not be in close places because it loose the part of picnic theme.

Promotion

Promotion means activities that communicate the merits of the product and persuade target customers to buy it. Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Edition. Page 54. To promotion of product I am going to be very connect with the radio communication because they can help me out with very cool spots that the people who is driving back home they make a little stop and make them hungry because I don't have to spend a lot of money on advertising because we have to economize if we are starting the company.
The marketing mix is the set of controllable, tactical marketing tools that the firm blends to produce the response it wants in the target market. The marketing mix consists of everything the firm can do to influence the demand for its product. The many possibilities can be collected into four groups of variables known as “the four Ps”: product, price, place, and promotion. Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Edition. Page 53. Another option that I have is posting some flayers on the park that I am going to be install and then try to the people don't take them out so that's will be the more faster promotion that I am going to be into because for advertising you need to spend a lot of money.

Product

A product’s position is the place the product occupies relative to competitors’ products in consumers’ minds. Marketing: An Introduction, Armstrong & Kotler. Page 52.  The hamburgers that we going to offer is totally open, what that's mean is we are open if you want to build you burger how you like and the size that you want, so the only work that you have to do is think on the ingredients and the type of breath and go to our location and ask for it.

Product means the goods-and-services combination the company offers to the target market. Marketing: An Introduction, Armstrong & Kotler. Page 54. If you like a costumer are in the line and you take like five minutes to create your own burger that's cool, we not going to rush you because we going to have a lot of employees to serve another costumer so if you change your mind just do it and re-build the hamburger because will be a placer giving to you the perfect hamburger that you want.

Target Marketing Strategy

A marketing strategy consists of specific strategies for target markets, positioning, the marketing mix, and marketing expenditure levels. Marketing: An Introduction, Armstrong & Kotler. Page 57. The marketing strategy is this concept is open to every person who likes hamburger, so the target is not for old people or young people, it's everyone. No matter the culture because when the people comes to USA; the people is searching the places who offer hamburger because this type of food it's the number one in this country.
A brilliant marketing strategy counts for little if the company fails to implement it properly. Marketing implementation is the process that turns marketing plans into marketing actions in order to accomplish strategic marketing objectives. Whereas marketing planning addresses the what and why of marketing activities, implementation addresses the who, where, when, and how. Marketing: An Introduction, Armstrong & Kotler. Page 57. The strategy to do here is create plans like for example some days do like 2x1 or the days like 4 of July create promotions that the people can not resist and go to the food truck and buy to eat there or for get it to home. It will be very cool if we choose one day of local band, where any local band will be hire and meanwhile you are eating you star enjoying some cool music and why not dance after your food.

Situation or SWOT Analysis

The marketer should conduct a SWOT analysis, by which it evaluates the company’s overall strengths (S), weaknesses (W), opportunities (O), and threats (T). Marketing: An Introduction, Armstrong & Kotler. Page 55.
Strengths: For my food truck, we going to have the most faster people doing hamburger as fast as they can you don't have to wait more than 5 minutes if you want we can make the delivery if you already take your blanket and you are sitting with you family or your friends so you don't have to worry about your food we care a lot of you. We going to have people who speak more than one language because we can have costumers from another country or culture who come here to Las Vegas or people who live here and they don't speak vey well English, so we got you back on that way, and every person can feel comfortable trying to speak the native language, the menu will have the same option.
Weakness: I think the only weakness that we have is the weather, because my plan is install my food truck in the park and then if it is to cold or hot the costumer will not go and the business will be very slow.
Opportunities: The one big opportunity is the employees will be student college who is trying to find a job who can be flexible with the schedule of school and all, so the first priority is the students and the pay them not to much but the necessary to use the money for the expenses that they need on school or their lives.
Threats: If the park is closed I need to have the connections with people who is able to hire my food truck in a random event and then make it work because the employees need to work and if don't have any event try to speak with some of big companies and sell food outside of the facilities.

The main section of the plan presents a detailed SWOT analysis of the current marketing situation as well as potential threats and opportunities.  Marketing: An Introduction, Armstrong & Kotler. Page 56. It is very true that I have to focus more on this two parts because involved my employees because them our my team who is going to help me to make this work out and I have to worry more about them, so here I am going to apply the sentence that the costumer is not right always.

Objectives

The company needs to turn its mission into detailed supporting objectives for each level of management. Each manager should have objectives and be responsible for reaching them. Marketing: An Introduction, Armstrong & Kotler. Page 41. My objectives are pretty directs, that's mean my mayor objective is make the costumer more comfortable as a can, make the wishes came true because if the costumer is happy I am going to be the owner of their money, I'm not into 100% in the money but I need to make them come back giving them all things that they ask.
I need to put a careful attention about what the costumer is going to ask and what kind of beverages they like because if a don't put the enough attention and I put on the tables all kind of hamburger that I like include the drinks but they don't like it I am going to lose them and their money that I can closed the business.
Through strategic planning, the company decides what it wants to do with each business unit. Marketing planning involves deciding on marketing strategies that will help the company attain its overall strategic objectives. Marketing: An Introduction, Armstrong & Kotler. Page 56. My plan attached a very strong marketing plan that with the help of a expert I am going to put it on practice, we have to follow that plan because is the advice of an expert on the industry and the plan that is on this food tuck it's going to make the concept very success in front of the competition.

Business Mission Statement

Guided by the company’s mission statement and objectives, management now must plan its business portfolio—the collection of businesses and products that make up the company. The best business portfolio is the one that best fits the company’s strengths and weaknesses to opportunities in the environment. Business portfolio planning involves two steps. First, the company must analyze its current business portfolio and decide which businesses should receive more, less, or no investment.  Second, it must shape the future portfolio by developing strategies for growth and downsizing. Armstrong & Kotler (2011). Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Ed. Prentice Hall Publishing. Page 43. My mission statement on this concept is serve a good food, healthy. Create a mood totally different when the customer comes to this business, a mood of relax, quiet where you can eat you food and have a good talk with your family and friends. Develop this concept like something not optional for the people is not doing like something people have to try it, taste it, put it on proof and been judged.
a company’s mission should not be stated as making more sales or profits—profits are only a reward for creating value for customers. Armstrong & Kotler (2011). Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Ed. Prentice Hall Publishing. Page 41. My real mission on my business is create a good concept for the costumer and then the costumer make the experience, make it their own, do it like the costumer is going to evaluate our performance in front of them. We going to care a lot about our costumer no matter if they are right or not.
